Terms of Use (EULA) — RandevuX CRM

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of RandevuX CRM (“the Application”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

For Apple App Store users: if these Terms are less restrictive than the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or applicable App Store rules, the more restrictive store terms apply for your use through the App Store.

2. Service

The Application provides appointment and business management tools for salons and similar businesses, including optional in-app purchases such as appointment credits and Pro subscriptions.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

• Auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g. monthly or yearly Pro membership) renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not store your full payment card details.
• Prices, currency, taxes, and introductory offers are shown in the store before you confirm purchase and may vary by region and account.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (e.g. Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).
• Consumable credits are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

4. Free trial and promotional access

If a free trial or promotional access is offered, eligibility and duration are defined in the Application or store listing. When a trial ends, you may be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires, according to store rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Application lawfully, to keep your login credentials secure, and not to misuse messaging features (SMS, WhatsApp, or similar), customer data, or third-party integrations. You are responsible for content you enter and messages you send through your account.

6. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you also agree to that policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The Application is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Application. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Application at any time; store subscriptions must be canceled through the store.
